These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the services provided by Youth Bar Ltd. (“we,” “us,” or “our”), including our website, booking systems, consultations, treatments, and any related services (collectively, the “Services”). By using our Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and all applicable laws and regulations.
If you do not agree with these Terms, please do not use our Services.
1. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years of age to use our Services. By booking an appointment or using our website, you represent that you meet this age requirement and have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement.
2. Medical Aesthetic Services
Youth Bar Ltd. offers elective medical aesthetic services, including but not limited to cosmetic injectables, IV hydration, and skin-related treatments. Our services are provided by trained and licensed professionals in accordance with provincial healthcare regulations.
You acknowledge that:

All procedures carry inherent risks.
You are responsible for disclosing accurate and complete health information before treatment.
We reserve the right to decline treatment if it is not in your best medical interest.
3. Consultations and Consent
All clients are required to undergo a consultation prior to any treatment. During this process, we will assess your suitability, review medical history, and obtain informed consent. You may be asked to sign treatment-specific consent forms prior to each service.
4. Appointments and Cancellations
Appointments may be made via our website, email, phone, or in person. We enforce the following policies:
Cancellations: We require a minimum of 24 hours’ notice for cancellations or rescheduling.
No-shows or late cancellations may be subject to a fee or forfeiture of deposit.
Late arrivals: If you are late, we may reduce the treatment time or reschedule your appointment.
5. Fees and Payment
All prices are listed in Canadian dollars (CAD) and are subject to applicable taxes. Payment is due at the time of service unless otherwise arranged.
A deposit may be required to secure your booking.
Prices are subject to change without prior notice.
6. Refund Policy
Due to the personal and medical nature of our services:
All treatments and products are final sale.
We do not offer refunds for completed services.
If you are unsatisfied, we encourage you to contact us for a follow-up consultation.
7. Use of Our Website

Youth Bar Ltd. is not liable for any adverse outcomes resulting from inaccurate, incomplete, or withheld information.
We reserve the right to decline or discontinue services if we suspect that false or misleading information has been provided.
11. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Youth Bar Ltd. shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our Services, including but not limited to personal injury, allergic reaction, dissatisfaction with results, or website interruptions.
12. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Youth Bar Ltd. and its affiliates, employees, and practitioners from any claims, liabilities, or expenses (including legal fees) arising out of your use of the Services or breach of these Terms.
13. Modifications to Terms
We may update or revise these Terms at any time. Updates will be posted on our website with a new effective date. Continued use of our Services constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Province of Nova Scotia and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein.

16. Referral Program
Terms and Conditions:
The Friends With Benefits referral program is open to existing YouthBar clients in good standing.
The referral reward consists of one (1) $50 account credit for the referring client and one (1) $50 account credit for the new client.
To qualify, the referred individual must be a new client to YouthBar and must present a valid Friends With Benefits referral card at their first appointment.
The referral card must have the referring client’s full name written on it at the time of redemption. Cards without a name may be deemed invalid.
Referral credits are applied to client accounts and may be used toward eligible treatments or services at YouthBar.
Credits have no cash value, are non-transferable, and cannot be exchanged for cash or retail products unless otherwise specified by YouthBar.
Referral credits cannot be combined with other promotions, discounts, or special offers, unless explicitly stated.
Referral credits may be redeemed on the same day or a future visit, subject to clinic policies and treatment eligibility.
Each new client may only be referred once. Duplicate referrals for the same individual will not be honored.
YouthBar reserves the right to verify referral eligibility, decline improperly completed cards, and deny credits in cases of suspected misuse or fraud.
YouthBar reserves the right to modify, pause, or discontinue the referral program at any time without prior notice.
Participation in the referral program constitutes acceptance of these terms and conditions.
